After your orders are approved, they are delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo company within 48 hours at the latest. Shipping is free for your purchases over 500 TL. Please check your cargo while receiving it. If you think there is a problem with the package, keep a record and send it back to our return warehouse address.

RETURN POLICY

Please keep the following in mind for exchanges and returns:

• Once we receive your package, the condition of the products will be checked before processing a size exchange or a refund.
• Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
• Items must not be worn, washed, damaged, or subjected to any process that may alter their original form.
• For hygiene reasons, returns of Accessories and Swimwear (Swimsuits & Bikinis) are not accepted. If sent to our return warehouse, they will be rejected and shipped back to you.
• Products must be returned with their original tags and invoices.
